All good equipment and machinery needs support from time to time, providing information quickly to those who need it, minimising any lost production time. To combat this, South Fence Machinery has just launched its Technical Hub portal where customers can go to access all information relating to their onsite machines anytime, anywhere.
Customers will be provided with a login to access machine manuals, schematics, and technical documents to improve the skills and knowledge of both operators and technicians alike. This is just the beginning of South Fence Machinery’s growth in customer service & support, in time we are investigating the implementation of a support ticketing system, spare parts ordering, and more.
Support and service is a non-negotiable, and as such, this portal will be provided to all existing and new customers free of charge.
